Responsibilities: Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete on various construction projects, ensuring consistency and quality.Preparing job sites by cleaning and leveling areas for concrete placement.Setting up, aligning, and securing forms to hold concrete during the pour, ensuring accuracy in dimensions.Assisting with the installation of rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcements to strengthen concrete structures.Operating and maintaining concrete mixers, vibrators, power trowels, and other equipment as needed.Smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools to achieve the desired texture and appearance.Monitoring the concrete curing process to ensure proper hardening and prevent cracks or other issues.Inspecting materials and equipment to ensure safety and functionality on the job site.Collaborating with foremen and crew members to adhere to schedules and complete tasks efficientlyAid in remodeling projectsOperate heavy equipment as neededAssist in various building tasksUtilize hand tools for construction purposesSupport electrical work as required Qualifications: Reliable, hard-working, willingness to learnMust be able to work in team settingExperience in concrete finishing, masonry, and general constructionExperience in remodeling projectsAbility to operate heavy equipment a plusFamiliarity with various building tasksBasic understanding of electrical work We are specifically looking for an individual who demonstrates these behaviors consistent with the ASP way of doing business (our culture and values): Acting with Integrity;Superior Knowledge;Passion for the Company; Customer Focus;Accountability and Discipline;Respecting Others;Excellence in ALL we do; andSafety First at all Times. Requirements: Requirements for this position are that you have: (1) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; and (2) the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
