*Role Overview** We are seeking motivated and customer-focused *Entry Level Customer Agents** to support customers in a fully remote, work-from-home environment. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers, career switchers, or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in *customer service, customer support, and customer experience (CX)** . As an Entry Level Customer Agent, you will serve as a first point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, resolve basic issues, and provide a positive, professional experience across multiple communication channels. *Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or support platformsProvide clear, accurate, and friendly assistance regarding products, services, or account questionsFollow step-by-step procedures and support guidelines to resolve customer issuesDocument customer interactions, notes, and resolutions in CRM or ticketing systemsEscalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support or supervisors when neededMaintain a professional and empathetic tone during all customer interactionsMeet response time, quality, and customer satisfaction targetsSupport account updates, basic troubleshooting, and general service requestsProtect customer information and follow data privacy and security guidelinesCollaborate with remote team members and participate in training and coaching sessions*Required QualificationsNo prior customer service experience required (training provided)Strong written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer skills and comfort using online tools and systemsAbility to follow instructions, workflows, and quality standardsGood time-management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentReliable internet connection and access to a computer suitable for remote work*Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)Previous experience in retail, hospitality, call center, or customer-facing rolesFamiliarity with chat support, email support, or phone-based customer servicePositive attitude, patience, and willingness to learnInterest in customer experience (CX), customer success, or support operations*Work Environment & DetailsFully remote / work-from-home positionEntry-level role with structured onboarding and ongoing supportFlexible scheduling options based on coverage needsPerformance feedback, coaching, and skill development opportunitiesPotential for long-term engagement and career growth*Career Growth Opportunity** This role provides a strong foundation in customer support and communication skills.
