Carlson Hotel, a four-star hotel located at Ikoyi, Lagos, recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Receptionist (Hotel) Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Guest Services & Information: Provide information on local attractions, transport, and hotel facilities. Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints, special requests (e.g., wake-up calls), and liaise with housekeeping or maintenance to resolve issues. Administrative Tasks: Manage the switchboard, sort mail, maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area, and ensure data security. Guest Registration and Check-in/out: Greet guests, verify reservations, issue keys, and process final bills, including handling cash or credit card payments. Reservations Management: Take bookings and cancellations by phone, email, or face-to-face and update the system. Salary N70,000 per month.
