Entry Level Construction Laborer

About the job: Joseph Gnazzo Company, Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an entry-level laborer. We are looking for hard workers with a positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions, work independently, and take pride in your work. Responsibilities: Perform construction tasks, including but not limited to:setting up materials and tools for various projectsmaintaining the job site; maintaining the site in a clean and orderly condition; keeping the work area free of debris; keeping equipment in good working order; maintaining work area free of damage from tools, toolskirts, or tools; maintaining working conditions on the job so that they are safe for workers and other members of the teamAssisting Masonry and Carpentry trades while learning the skills of the trades.driving a company vehicle to various locations to complete projectsbe a team player and communicate with project managers and supervisors in regards to project progressSkills: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on various construction projects throughout New England.Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment.Must be able to follow instructions.Must be able to follow safety procedures.Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offLanguage: English (Preferred)License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)Ability to Commute: Union, CT 06076 (Preferred)Work Location: In person
