Cybersecurity - Information Security - Senior Associate Job Requirements and Preferences Basic Qualifications Minimum Degree Required (BQ): Bachelor's Degree Minimum Year(s) of Experience (BQ): 2 year(s) of information security, IT management Preferred Qualifications Degree Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Fields of Study: Management Information Systems, Administrative Computing Preferred Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and/or a proven track record of success in company priorities, information security concepts, principles, and standards, with an emphasis on the following areas: Understanding and leveraging the development and maintenance of information security policies and procedures (including security awareness and role-based security training); Maintaining the insider threat awareness training process; Providing input on overall security strategies and assessing organizational progress toward agreed-upon objectives, and finding solutions to complex problems to meet deadlines and achieve project success; Developing and maintaining information security training and development programs; Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting effectively to all audience levels, including internal staff and management; Developing teamwork skills that foster an inclusive and collaborative environment for stakeholders and team members. and Collaborate with team members to create an environment of trust, seeking diverse perspectives to encourage improvement and innovation, answering questions and providing guidance to less experienced staff, and training staff, including providing timely and constructive feedback, both written and verbal. Demonstrates thorough abilities, and/or proven record of success, supporting and/or coordinating Information Security Governance, preferably for a global network of professional services firms or matrixed environment, with emphasis in the following areas: Identifying and addressing leadership and stakeholder needs; Collaborating effectively with all levels of stakeholders and project resources to gather information for various project management activities, adapting strategy as needed; Leveraging creative thinking, problem solving, and technology (i.e., MS Office Suite, at Work and other firm sponsored technologies) to develop deliverables and analyses; Keeping team and leadership informed on progress and or issues affecting deliverables and/or the department.
