Front Desk Receptionist

Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with promptness and accuracy Maintain organized files, data entry logs, and records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff members or medical/dental practitioners as needed Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, filing paperwork, and updating databases Support office management activities including supply inventory, basic bookkeeping, and administrative support tasks Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with excellent organizational skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls confidently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous experience as a front desk or medical/dental receptionist is a plus Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail during proofreading and data entry tasks Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets enthusiasm!
