Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback for process improvement. Uphold company policies and procedures while consistently delivering exceptional service. Achieve or exceed individual and team performance goals and KPIs. Required Skills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. ExperiencePrevious experience in customer service, call center, or support role preferred but not mandatory. Experience in remote work or online communication platforms is a plus. Working HoursFlexible full-time or part-time schedules available. Must be able to work during core business hours (specific shift schedules will be provided). Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends if required. Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
