Under the direction of the Data Analysis Manager, you will: * Independently collaborate with various stakeholders to identify data deficiencies, investigate data inaccuracies, lead and serve as primary decision-maker on assigned Business Intelligence/DAU projects and initiatives. * Independently lead and manage complex Business Intelligence/DAU projects, including defining project objectives and scopes, developing business and technical requirements, coordinating user-acceptance testing, and validating business data. * Design and develop complex interactive MicroStrategy dossiers and dashboards * Train and support Senior Data Analysts in designing complex MicroStrategy dossiers, creating advanced MicroStrategy objects, and developing automated reporting solutions using MicroStrategy tools and functionalities. * Identify and prioritize opportunities for business system enhancements, process optimizations, and integration of new data elements. * Independently conduct extensive research and analysis on claims/legal operational data and communicate complex findings to stakeholders at all levels. Desired Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, economics, business analytics, or other related fields. * Successful project management experience, preferably experience leading or coordinating data or analytics projects. * Working knowledge of California Workers Compensation guidelines, workflows and policies affecting claims handling and Workers Comp legal operation * Working knowledge of Claims/Legal operation systems as well as a solid understanding of business data structures and Claims/Legal field definitions. * Experience in developing intelligent data products, MicroStrategy preferred. * Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy, SQL Developer, Power BI or Excel. * Working knowledge of IT processes and software development lifecycles. * Familiarity with databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Strong critical and analytical thinking skills. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. * Strong data storytelling and presentation skills, with ability to translate data insights into clear business recommendations. * Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and audiences. * Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI, Excel) to build dashboards and reports.
