Exception: This exclusive venue clause does not apply to consumers residing in jurisdictions that legally prohibit waiving the jurisdiction of their domicile (as is often the case in Brazil and some regions of the European Union), guaranteeing the right to action in the jurisdiction of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with applicable local law.
